A good chef will never serve anything that is below their standards. While I have to admit the Maple-Pecan Sweet Potato Whip wasn't awful, it just wasn't up to my standards. I apologize in advance to all those who are waiting for this recipe and can promise that with the changes I have now made, it will be perfect. Unfortunately, you'll still have to wait another day for it. I promise it will be worth the wait. Thanks for understanding.
