Low Carb Tortilla Chips

This is what I laughingly refer to as "stupid easy" and you can't miss. I make my own low carb tortilla chips by using Mission brand 8" Low Carb Flour Tortillas, They come ten in a package. These tortillas are very high in fiber also, having almost enough to zero out the carbohydrates. But, my rule of thumb is to count total carbohydrates and not to reduce them by the fiber to just count net carbs.

To prepare simply cut tortillas into 8 triangles. Place on a baking sheet. Lightly spray with canola oil spray and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. You can use as many or as few spices or none at all. Bake in a preheated 400' oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. These also make a great snack chip for homemade salsa or to serve with dips.
